Where Are We Building
Past, Present and Future Builds…
In 2012, we broke ground on the Eco Village neighborhood in River Falls. With land and plans for 18 units, we will be building homes here for the coming 3 years. Make sure you check back with us and see the progress. All of our homes are simple, affordable and energy efficient, and the Eco Village will be the most sustainable, “green” neighborhood that we’ve built to date – a model of how clean and green homes can be. IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR POTENTIAL APPLICANTS:
Applications for our 2014 Build season will be open from MAY 1st 2013 until JUNE 30th 2013. Only those applications submitted during this period will be considered for participation in our 2014 build season. At this time, 4 homes are scheduled for construction in our River Falls, WI Eco Village site during 2014.
Please note that this is not a "first come, first served" application process; all applications will be evaluated against the below criteria, and a rigorous review and interview process will accompany every eligible application.

In 2011, we built 5 new homes: a twin home in Woodville; a twin home in Spring Valley; and a single family home in New Richmond
What We’ve Accomplished:
St. Croix Valley Habitat has built in 11 communities across St. Croix and Pierce Counties since 1996:
New Richmond, Ellsworth, Spring Valley, Glenwood City, Prescott, Baldwin, River Falls, Hudson, Hammond, Elmwood and Woodville.
